## Who is Lucas Mazei?

I lead engineering at V4 Company, Brazil's largest digital-marketing advisory. My teams build the RevOps, finance, and post-sales tooling that hundreds of agencies across the V4 network depend on.

I started writing PowerBI reports as a data analyst, then shipped computer-vision and machine-learning systems in Python at Smart Agri, then came back to V4 to lead the tech org — Head of Tech, Director, Tech Lead, Group PM, EM. Five years, five roles. Each one taught me something the last one missed.

My toolkit leans on Theory of Constraints, the Lean Thinking Process, and the Reforge engineering-leadership playbook. I still review code, pair with devs, and ship when the team needs backup.
